Blatant rip off of 'The Mighty Boosh'. Where is true origionality in the 21st century? :|. Oh well, 'The Mighty Boosh' is an inspiration to many people, BUT ripping them off completely is pathetic. I wonder if it was really worth getting sued, 'cause they could have asked for permission..."this is an outrage!". anyway, as my boyfriend is wanting me to say "the Boosh is better!" as I'm sure many people will agree! :]
I think it could possibly harm Mighty Boosh's brand image, as in some ways it dilutes it. I think the problem lies with these 'creative' London types with thick rimmed black glasses having no creative cells in their boddies, but they get employed because of their degree in 'insert pointless subject here'. The other side of this, is you all talk about how much of a ripoff it is, so maybe gets their message across. Having said that, I refuse to ever step foot in a Halifax bank, even though their advert annoys me to the hilt and I write about it online. So either way it could be regarded as shit.
You know what I say to you , Sugar Puff monster and friend? I say: Cimpety-crimpety-FUCK YOU! Yeah, sorry about thelanguage, but they had it coming. Hope their teeth rot out from that garbage cereal too!
the silly bums! they didn't even do a good crimp!!! my friend, who has never seen the mighty boosh, saw the advert and started singing it one day!!! i almost disowned her as a friend!!!! lol! it was funny what they did on their '08 tour!
On the future sailors live tour they pointed out this outrage, by blowing off it's head. here is the proof... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKxTOsCfZx4

I don't enough know why it's a question. Everything is there. "In a milky bath"? Seriously, such a ripoff.
I'm from America, and I'm not sure if that ad would tank or go viral. It is stealing a funny idea, so it could go either way.
Those slags!!
Seriously though, they weren't even being subtle about it. It's such a blatant rip off I feel sick.
That sugar puff monster is really scary.
complete ripoff except its rubbish
ripoff or tribute?
oh, ripoff. okay.
:O How dare they! Big fat blatant rip-off with no crediting or common decency! B*st*rds!
I hope Noel and Julian, or at least Baby Cow, sue. I've always hated the honey monster, the fat yellow prick.
Shameless whores! Lol
I think it's supposed to be more of an homage. But there's no mention of The Mighty Boosh so who knows.
They are sueing.

It's not even well done. I like the way the pair mentioned it in their Boosh night on BBC Three:)
Just what I've been waiting for; an excuse to bludgeon the Honey Monster...

This is bizzarly similar to the rip offs in that series three episode of the boosh where someones copying vince...could that be related? hmm....
You know what I say to you , Sugar Puff monster and friend? I say: Cimpety-crimpety-FUCK YOU!

:O I cant believe this!!!
It sounds a bit like the soup song too :P
in the words of noel last night on tour :
"The yellow plagarist bastard!"
the silly bums! they didn't even do a good crimp!!!
my friend, who has never seen the mighty boosh, saw the advert and started singing it one day!!! i almost disowned her as a friend!!!! lol!
it was funny what they did on their '08 tour!
only thing that could have saved this commercial would be if Dennis came out and beheaded the monster.
"prepare to die you prancing kingfisher."
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Python was very pleased to see "Military Fairy" turned into a "genre" of music by the Boosh...
Creeeepy...
I ain't gonna eat that crap!
